Ingredients
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 (1 inch-thick) pork chops
Directions
Combine all ingredients except chops in a small saucepan, stirring well; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes; stir occasionally.
Remove sauce from heat; set aside.
Trim excess fat from pork chops.
Grill over hot coals 20 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Baste frequently with sauce.
