Grilled Pepper Panini Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES Butter, softened
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
6 (6-inch) French-style sandwich rolls, split
18 (1/8-inch) red, green and/or yellow bell pepper rings
3 ounces (3/4 cup) Alpine LaceĀ® Deli Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
Directions
Heat broiler. Combine butter and garlic in small bowl.
To assemble sandwiches, spread 1/2 teaspoon butter mixture onto cut-side of each roll half. Place bottom halves of rolls onto ungreased baking sheet; top each with 3 pepper rings, cheese and 1 teaspoon oregano leaves.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted (1 to 1 1/2 minutes).
