Ingredients

 
1 lb mushrooms (sliced)
 
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
 
For the dressing:
 
3 tbsp soya sauce
 
3 tbsp vegetable oil
 
1/3 cup rice vinegar
 
2 cloves chopped garlic
 
1tsp Dijon mustard
 
1 tbsp fresh chopped ginger
 
2 fresh chopped onions

Directions

Mix all ingredients for dressing in a bowl and keep aside.
Slice the mushrooms ( can use different types of mushrooms). Drizzle mushrooms with teriyaki sauce and fold it in an aluminium foil Cook in oven for 3-5 minutes. Take out and spread on a plate of greens. Pour the dressing on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
