How to Make Grilled Nectarines with Raspberry Sauce Recipe Video

Directions
1. Preheat the grill to high.
MAKING
2. Brush the nectarine slices with olive oil. Sprinkle the nectarines with sugar and drizzle with lemon juice.
3. Place the nectarine on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
4. To make the raspberry sauce – in a saucepan add in the raspberries, lemon juice and sugar. Bring to a simmer and dissolve the sugar, for 10 minutes.
5. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh sieve.
SERVING
6. Serve the grilled nectarines with scoops of ice cream and drizzle the raspberry sauce over.
