grilled portabella mushrooms make a lovely vegetarian meal or a wonderful side dish. Very easy to
prepare they taste fantastic and look so pretty too

Ingredients
Four large portabella mushrooms, stems removed
2 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil (infused with garlic if desired - or
just add 1 clove chopped garlic with oil)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sea salt
1 Tbs freshly ground black pepper
Directions
whisk together everything except mushrooms. Add mushrooms to marinade
and let soak for 1/2 - 1 hour turning occasionally
Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side
Serve as a side dish or serve in a hamburger bun with fixings for a
veggie meal.

Hey Maria,Thanx a lot for this easy recipe.We had this as a side dish for our chicken fried rice dinner.I made it wth smtng called porteenie mushrooms. It resembled portabella mushrooms in the looks though..
