 Mahi mahi fillets24 Ounce (Four 6 Ounce Pieces)
 Cantaloupe1⁄2 , minced
 Honeydew melon1⁄2 , minced
 Whole pineapple1 , diced small
 Honey1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Strawberries2 , halved
 Chopped mint leaf1 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Season the mahimahi.
Grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Combine the cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple and honey in a bowl and mix well.
Divide the fruit mixture among 4 dinner plates.
Place a fillet on each and top with half a strawberry and mint.
