Grilled Mahi Mahi Recipe

| Mahi mahi fillets | 24 Ounce (Four 6 Ounce Pieces) | |
| Cantaloupe | 1⁄2 , minced | |
| Honeydew melon | 1⁄2 , minced | |
| Whole pineapple | 1 , diced small | |
| Honey | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Strawberries | 2 , halved | |
| Chopped mint leaf | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Season the mahimahi.
Grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Combine the cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple and honey in a bowl and mix well.
Divide the fruit mixture among 4 dinner plates.
Place a fillet on each and top with half a strawberry and mint.
