Ingredients

 
4-5 pieces of Mahi Mahi
 
3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
 
1 tsp rosemary
 
Juice of half a lemon
 
½ tsp crushed black pepper
 
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
 
Salt to taste

Directions

Marinate fish with all the ingredients. Keep aside for half an hour. Place fish in a baking dish and bake for approximately 15 minutes or till done. Serve fish with a salad or boiled vegetables.
