Home Made Grilled Mahi Mahi Recipe
Grilling can be a lot of fun if you have the right set of recipes. This grilled Mahi Mahi is one that can make your day with the least amount of effort. Enjoy the flavors of orange juice, mustard, ginger and garlic all in one. Heavenly! That’s exactly what it is.
Ingredients
| Mahi mahi pieces | 8 (bite sized) | |
| Orange juice | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Freshly grated gingerginger | 1 Inch | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Crushed black pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Italian seasoning | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Add the pieces of fish. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour. Let the pieces of fish soak in the marinade. Spray some cooking oil or olive oil on your grill. Place the fish pieces on the grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes. Turn over and grill the other side also for 5-6 minutes. Serve.
