Ingredients

 Mahi mahi pieces8 (bite sized)
 Orange juice4 Tablespoon
 Freshly grated gingerginger1 Inch
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced
 Honey2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Crushed black pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Italian seasoning1 Teaspoon

Directions

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Add the pieces of fish. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour. Let the pieces of fish soak in the marinade. Spray some cooking oil or olive oil on your grill. Place the fish pieces on the grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes. Turn over and grill the other side also for 5-6 minutes. Serve.
