Grilled Lamb Chop a I'Anglaise Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 double loin lamb chop with pocket, Vegetable oil, Bread crumbs | ||
| 2 strips partly cooked bacon | ||
| 2 tablespoons finely chopped ham | ||
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Brush chop with vegetable oil, and dip in bread crumbs.
Combine chopped ham and mustard.
Fill pocket with mixture.
Encircle with bacon, and secure with toothpicks.
Broil 10â€â€15 minutes, turning 3 or 4 times.
Season, and remove to hot platter.
