Ingredients

 1 double loin lamb chop with pocket, Vegetable oil, Bread crumbs
 2 strips partly cooked bacon
 2 tablespoons finely chopped ham
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon

Directions

Brush chop with vegetable oil, and dip in bread crumbs.
Combine chopped ham and mustard.
Fill pocket with mixture.
Encircle with bacon, and secure with toothpicks.
Broil 10—15 minutes, turning 3 or 4 times.
Season, and remove to hot platter.
