Grilled Herb Crusted Lamb Chops Recipe Video
Ingredients
4 double lamb rib chops
1 sprig fresh rosemary
4 sprigs fresh thyme
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 Tbs sea salt
1 Tbs freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbs olive oil
Directions
bring chops to room temp, coarsly chop herbs and combine with garlic,
coat chops with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and herbs/garlic
grill on high heat about 5-7 mins per side turning several times.
Let sit covered in foil for 5 mins before serving.
