1 pound lean ground round
 
1 egg or 2 egg whites
 
1 shallot or green onion chopped
 
1 clove garlic minced
 
2 tablespoons chopped parsley, salt, herb dressing

Directions

Mix meat with egg, shallot, garlic, and parsley.
