Grilled Hamburgers with Herbs Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground round
1 egg or 2 egg whites
1 shallot or green onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley, salt, herb dressing
Directions
Mix meat with egg, shallot, garlic, and parsley.
Shape into 4 patties.
Sprinkle salt lightly in a large frying pan and saute patties over moderately high heat, turning to brown both sides and cooking until medium rare.
Transfer to a platter and spoon over Herb Dressing.
