Grilled Halibut Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
2 halibut steaks (6 to 8 ounces), 1 inch thick
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, and tarragon.
Brush over steaks and set aside to marinate at room temperature, 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Preheat browning dish according to manu-facturer's directions.
Place steaks in browning dish and cook on HI, 5 to 6 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Turn fish over and serve grilled-side up.
Garnish with lemon slices.
