| Grated lime rind | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lime | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Walnut oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Walnuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted | |
| Goat cheese slices | 4 , broiled |
Directions
Drain artichokes and olives.
Combine artichokes, seafoods, olives and lime rind.
