Grilled Fish Fillets Recipe
Seafood is delicious, easy to prepare and healthy. And grilling is a superb way to cook fish. If the grill is properly preheated and prepared, the fish will develop a nice crust when cooked.

Ingredients
4-5 firm fish fillets, 6 to 8 ounces each,
1 lemon
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder.
1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Directions
Clean the fish fillets thoroughly. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels or drain completely.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and rub all over. Turn to the other side. Sprinkle the juice from half of the lemon over the fillets; reserve the other half.
Blend all the spice powders with 1 tsp lemon juice and salt. Marinate the fish evenly with this paste. Drizzle with a little more olive oil. Place skin side down on a hot grill and cook until the fish is done. Serve immediately, with wedges of the reserved lemon.
