Marinated Grilled Fish Recipe

This grilled fish is one that is marinated in a variety of Indian spices. I like to experiment with food and so like to try this fusion version that I absolutely love. I like to serve this with a strawberry salsa that adds an extra zing to this dish.

Directions

Marinate the fish pieces in the ingredients for marinade for about an hour. Heat up your grill and get going with the pieces of salmon. Grill each of the pieces for about 4-5 minutes on each side. You could serve it with a strawberry salsa or any other of your choice for a nice twist.
