Ingredients

 
2 fillets of salmon
 
2 tbsp olive oil
 
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
 
1/2 to 1 tsp garlic powder
 
1 ½ tbsp Italian seasoning (or herbs of your choice)
 
Salt to taste
 
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
 
1 egg (well-beaten)
 
2 tsp freshly chopped parsley

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the fish in a bowl. Add the fish fillet and let marinate well for atleast 2 hrs on both sides. Take out grill till it is well-cooked and has a golden brown color on both sides. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
