This grilled fish recipe combines the goodness of fish with taste. The juicy fish with the flavors of the marinade soaked in fully and a salad to go with it can be a complete meal in itself.

Ingredients

 
1 clove garlic (minced)
 
2 tablespoon soya sauce
 
2 tablespoon chilli sauce
 
½ tsp sugar
 
Salt to taste
 
1 tablespoon Olive oil
 
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
 
1 tsp lemon juice
 
4-5 pieces of salmon

Directions

Take a flat bottomed bowl and add to it all the ingredients. Add the fish pieces into the bowl. Marinade the fish well on both sides. Refrigerate for an hour or two. Take out, put the pieces one after the other on a stick. Grill basting with the remaining marinade. Grill till the fish is done turning over to cook both sides well. You can also grill vegetables of your choice and serve along with the grilled salmon.
