Grilled Corn On The Cob Recipe
Ingredients
10 medium ears of corn
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons dark corn syrup
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Directions
Combine in a small saucepan the oil and syrup.
Cook a minute to melt.
Stir in the soy sauce and mustard and remove from heat.
Pull back the husks on the corn but do not remove them.
Remove all the corn silk.
Use a brush to paint the ears with the sauce, then pull the husks back up, twisting at the end to close each.
Place ears on the grill and cook about 20 minutes, rotating several times.
Corn can also be done in a microwave oven, allow 14 minutes for 6 ears on high power.
