Ingredients

 1 chicken breast half, skinned and boned
 2 c seedless red grapes, halved
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Walnuts2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 1/2 c nonfat mayonnaise
 Dijon Mustard1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Tablespoon
 Black pepper1/2 Tablespoon
 1 T lemon juice nonfat cooking spray

Directions

Lightly coat the grill with, cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes.
Cool and cut into small cubes.
In a large salad bowl, combine the chicken, grapes, celery, onion and walnuts.
Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and juice to make a dressing.
Pour over the chicken salad and toss lightly
