Grilled Herbed Bison Steak Recipe Video

Ingredients
4 6 oz bison steaks
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbs fresh black pepper
1 tsp sea salt (alder smoked, or just plain fleur de sel)
2 sprigs rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
3 sprigs thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a plastic ziplock bag, add steaks and squish to coat
let steaks marinate for about 2 hours, refrigerated, remove from fridge about 30 mins
before grilling
Preheat grill to high, lower to medium and grill steaks about 4-5 mins per side, tent with foil for 5
mins to let the juices permeate the meat and then serve,
