1/4 c. salad oil
 
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
 
1 tsp. celery salt
 
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
 
1/2 tsp. salt
 
1/4 tsp. oregano
 
1/2 tsp. black pepper
 
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
 
1 small bay leaf
 
1/2 small chopped onion
 
2 lb boneless beef, cubed
 
Green pepper chunks
 
Mushroom caps

Directions

Mix first 10 ingredients for sauce; heat to boiling point and cool.
Add meat and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
String meat, mushroom caps and green pepper chunks on skewers; brush with marinade.
Cook over charcoal 15 to 20 minutes.
Turn and baste with marinade.
Serve on French rolls or frankfurter buns.
