 Zucchini1 1/2 Pound, scrubbed
 Vegetable oil3 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Thoroughly dry zucchini, remove stem ends, and cut into lengthwise slices about 1/4-inch thick.
Pour oil into a sturdy plastic bag, add zucchini slices and close tightly.
Shake to coat all zucchini pieces evenly with oil.
Lay zucchini slices on a grill 2 to 3 inches from hot coals and let cook, turning occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes, until evenly browned on both sides.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve hot.
