Grilled Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 4 Medium, quartered | |
| Squash -4 yellow , sliced | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1)Use a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil and place vegetables on it. 2)Sprinkle vegetables with some basil, salt, pepper and butter.
FINALIZING
3)Fold the aluminum foil edges and wrap securely, placing it on grill.
4)Cook it over on medium coals for 20 to 25 minutes, turning after every 10 minutes.
SERVING
5)Serve it hot as a starter.
