Grilled Turkey Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
| Wheat bread slice | 4 | |
| 2 teaspoons each Dijon-style mustard and pickle relish | ||
| Turkey breast | 2 Ounce, thinly sliced | |
| 3/4 ounce reduced-fat Cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded | ||
| 1/4 cup each skim or nonfat milk and thawed frozen egg substitute | ||
| 1/8 teaspoon each garlic powder and onion powder | ||
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
1. Onto each slice of bread spread 1/2 teaspoon mustard and 1/2 teaspoon relish; top each of 2 bread slices with half the turkey, half the cheese, and the remaining bread slices, mustard-relish side down.
2. Using a wire whisk, in shallow small mixing bowl beat together remaining ingredients. Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Dip each sandwich in milk mixture, coating both sides and using all of mixture. Add sandwiches to skillet and cook for 1 minute on each side. Reduce heat to medium and cook until bread is golden, about 3 minutes longeron each side.
3. To serve, cut each sandwich in half.
