| Cherry tomatoes | 1 Pint, halved (SALAD:) | |
| 2 cups cooked cut corn, fresh, frozen or canned | ||
| Scallions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced (SALAD:) | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon (SALAD:) | |

Directions
TO MAKE TURKEY: Season cutlets with garlic, mustard, salt and pepper.
Grill about 4 minutes per side or until cooked through, or brush and saute in non-stick pan 2-3 minutes per side.
TO MAKE SALAD: Toss all ingredients in a bowl.
To serve, line 4 plates with lettuce leaves, spoon on salad and top with grilled turkey cutlets.
