Grilled Tuna Steaks With Fruit & Teriyaki Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Teriyaki Sauce | ||
| 4 tuna steaks (1 to 1 1/4 lbs. total), cut 1 inch thick | ||
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper salt | 1 To taste | |
| 8 to 12 thin slices peeled mango or papaya | ||
| Crystallized ginger | 2 Teaspoon, candied | |
| 1 medium-size green bell pepper, seeded and cut into about 20 slivers | ||
Directions
Prepare Teriyaki Sauce and keep warm.
Wipe fish with a damp paper towel, then brush both sides of each steak with oil.
Place fish on a well-greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of medium coals.
Cook, turning once, until outside is firm and opaque but inside is still translucent and moist-looking (about 4 minutes).
Remove fish from grill and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
