Grilled Trout Appetizer Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rosemary | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Whole trout- 3 no-€™s | ||
| Crusty bread- as required | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients (except trout) and mix well.
2. Add trout and smear with marinade evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Heat a grill pan and grill marinated trout for 5 minutes on both sides or till cooked, while basting occasionally with left over marinade. You can alternatively grill on live coals also.
SERVING
4. Serve warm with bread.
