Grilled Trout Recipe
Ingredients
| Trout | 2 | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Sage | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Brush trout inside and out with some of the lemon juice to preserve freshness.
2. Mix well all ingredients (except trout).
3. Place trout in a small container, pour marinade over trout and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Place trout on grill and cook until done (-15 minutes). Baste frequently with marinade.
