Directions
1. Preheat grill to high (400-500 degree F).
MAKING
2. Season steak with salt and pepper on both sides, which should be at room temperature.
3. Place the meat over the coal and sear for 3-5 minutes on each side for rare.
4. Transfer it to indirect flame, cover and cook for desired doneness.
