 1 1/2 pounds swordfish steak, trimmed and cut into 1 1/4-inch chunks
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon

 4 lemon quarters
 4 lime quarters

Directions

1. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. Prepare a medium-heat grill.
