Grilled Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweet potatoes | 625 Gram, scrubbed | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Chopped coriander | 2 Tablespoon, garnish | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
Place the potatoes in a pan of boiling water and simmer for about 20 minutes, until almost tender.
Drain well.
Cut the potatoes into slices approximately 1cm (1/2in) thick.
Brush the slices with the olive oil and season well.
Cook under a preheated hot grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden
