1/4 cup Thousand Island or Lite Thousand Island Dressing
6 slices pumpernickel bread (about 3/4 inch thick)
1/4 pound sliced Muenster cheese
1/2 pound sliced smoked or unsmoked cooked turkey breast
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
Directions
Evenly spread Thousand Island dressing on each bread slice.
Equally top 3 bread slices with 1/2 of the cheese, turkey, then remaining cheese; top with remaining bread slices, dressing side down.
Evenly spread butter on outside of bread slices.
In large skillet, cook sandwiches, covered, over medium heat, turning once and pressing down sandwiches occasionally, 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
