Grilled Sesame Asparagus Recipe
Ingredients

| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 pound fat asparagus, woody ends trimmed | ||
| Kosher salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil | ||
| Sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Prepare a medium-high-heat grill. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
2. Mix oil and garlic in a small bowl. Line up 5 to 6 asparagus. Insert skewer 2 to 3 inches below tips. Slide another skewer through them about 1 inch from root end. Repeat with remaining asparagus and skewers. Brush each "raft" with garlic oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill asparagus for 5 minutes; turn and cook until tender and lightly charred, 5 minutes longer. Transfer rafts to a platter and remove skewers. Drizzle with sesame oil and scatter on sesame seeds.
