Ingredients

 Light mayonnaise2 Tablespoon
 Low fat milk1 Tablespoon
 Honey1 Tablespoon
 Apple cider vinegar1 Teaspoon
 Shredded cole slaw mix1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Golden raisins1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Plump)
 Mild italian chicken sausage/6 ounces cooked kielbasa sausage3 , taken out of their casings, cut on a diagonal, into thin slices
 Jarlsberg lite cheese slices4
 Rye bread slices4
 Butter alternative1 Tablespoon (Like Earth Balance / Smart Balance)

Directions

In medium size bowl, mix together mayonnaise, milk, honey and vinegar; add cole slaw and raisins and gently toss. Set aside.
Cook sausage in medium to large skillet until done, about 10 minutes, breaking up into bite size pieces.
When done, assemble sandwich, first sausage pieces, then the cole slaw, and top with two slices each of Jarlsberg Lite cheese.
Finish with slice of bread.

Over medium low heat, melt spread in a non-stick skillet. Place sandwiches in skillet, reduce heat to low, place a heavy skillet on top of the sandwiches and brown on both sides. (Don't forget to butter the skillet again before cooking second side of sandwich).
