Grilled Salmon With Lemon Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| 2 1/2 tablespoons butter, room temperature | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon zest | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| 4 (1 -inch thick) salmon steaks | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Preheat grill to medium.
Combine oil and thyme.
Mix butter with lemon zest and juice.
Put butter mixture on a piece of plastic wrap; roll to form a 1 inch cylinder.
Put in the refrigerator (or in freezer if in a hurry) to firm while the fish is cooking.
Brush fish with thyme and oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook fish on medium grill, brushing occasionally with oil until opaque (4-5 minutes per side).
Top each hot steak with 2 thin slices of lemon butter; serve.
