Grilled Salmon with Dill spice Recipe Video
Join us as we share the high points of the Olympic National Park then shows you how to make tasty salmon in a foil pouch on the grill in this episode of the RV Cooking Show.
Ingredients
3/4 pound salmon fillet - cut into two pieces
1T real mayonnaise
dill - fresh or dried
2 small or 1 large lemon(s) sliced 1/4" thick
1 medium sweet onion (can use yellow or white) sliced 1/8"-1/4" thick
foil square - 18"x12"
Directions
MAKING
1) Put the salmon fillet on a foil with skin side down.
2) Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle generously with dill and layer lemon then onion.
3) Make an airtight "tent" pouch with the foil.
4) Grill the salmon on medium heat for 20 minutes.
SERVING
5) Serve the grilled salmon with salad and jasmine rice.
