Grilled Salmon Skewers Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb salmon fillet, skinned | ||
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup liquid honey | ||
| 1 ibsp rice vinegar | ||
| Ginger root | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
Directions
Slice salmon lengthwise into 12 long strips; thread each onto soaked wooden skewer.
Place in shallow dish.
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic and pepper; pour over skewers, turning to coat well.
Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Reserving marinade, thread 1 lemon wedge (if using) onto end of each skewer.
Place on greased grill over medium-high heat.
Cook, brushing often with marinade, for 4 minutes; turn and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
