Grilled Rock Cornish Game Hens Recipe
|Rock cornish game hens||2 , halved|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice/Apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

|Rosemary||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Parsley||1 Bunch (100 gm) (For Garnish)|

Combine the oil, juices, water, onions, rosemary, and thyme in a small bowl and add the garlic by pushing it through a garlic press into the bowl.
Pour over the hens.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours, turning once or twice.
Drain the hens and place on a grill or under a broiler, keeping the meat far enough away that it will cook slowly and not burn.
When the meat is tender and cooked through, about 40 minutes, remove skin and place on a large serving plate garnished liberally with parsley, if desired.
