Grilled Pork Chops Rose Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 (6-ounce) lean center-loin pork chops (1/2-inch thick) | ||
| 3/4 cup rose wine | ||
| 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Dried oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
Trim fat from chops.
Place chops in an 11x7-x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Combine wine and next 4 ingredients, stirring well; pour over chops.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chops from marinade, and set aside.
Place marinade in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, and cook 5 minutes.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals.
Place chops on rack, and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, turning and basting frequently with marinade.
