Grilled Plums With Spiced Vanilla Cream Recipe
|Fresh plums||10 Medium, sliced|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Reduced calorie margarine||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened|
|Vanilla non fat frozen yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Ground allspice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|

Sprinkle evenly with sugar and lemon juice.
Dot with margarine.
Fold upper half of foil over plums, and seal.
Place grill rack over medium-hot coals.
Place plum packet on rack, and grill 5 to 8 minutes or until hot.
Combine frozen yogurt and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Remove plums from foil, using a slotted spoon, and transfer to individual serving dishes.
Top evenly with yogurt mixture.
Garnish with lemon zest, if desired.
