Easy Grilled Pizza Recipe

Directions
Light a fire on one side of a charcoal grill, or preheat a gas grill to high on one side for about 20 minutes, leaving the other side cold.
On an oiled grill rack on the hot side, cook 2 or 3 of the dough disks at a time for about 45 seconds.
Turn the dough over on the cold side of the grill.
Brush the marked side of the dough with a little oil.
Scatter the topping ingredients evenly over the pizzas.
Pull the topped pizzas back onto the hot side of the grill, cover the grill, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through and the cheese is browned.
