Grilled Pineapple With Pecans Recipe

| 4 long double-pronged skewers or 4 mint skewers | ||
| 1 large pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 8 slices | ||
| Butter margarine | 1/ 3 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Pecans | 1/ 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/ 4 Teaspoon | |

| Yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bourbon | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Light brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Thread 2 slices of pineapple on each skewer.
Mix margarine with pecans and nutmeg.
Brush pineapple with flavored margarine.
Combine pecans, yogurt, bourbon, and sugar in a bowl.
Set aside.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on grid over ashen coals.
Grill for about 4 minutes, turning frequently.
