 4 long double-pronged skewers or 4 mint skewers
 1 large pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 8 slices
 Butter margarine1/ 3 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 Pecans1/ 4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground nutmeg1/ 4 Teaspoon
 Pecans1/ 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Yogurt1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bourbon2 Tablespoon
 Light brown sugar3 Tablespoon

Directions

Thread 2 slices of pineapple on each skewer.
Mix margarine with pecans and nutmeg.
Brush pineapple with flavored margarine.
Combine pecans, yogurt, bourbon, and sugar in a bowl.
Set aside.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on grid over ashen coals.
Grill for about 4 minutes, turning frequently.
