Grilled Peppercorn T-Bones Recipe

Ingredients
| Beef t-bone steaks | 6 (1 inch thick, about 1 1/2 pounds) | |

| Garlic | 3 Clove (15 gm), cut in half | |
| Black peppercorns | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened | |
| Dijon mustard | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 3⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Lime juice | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste (if desired) | |
| Pepper | To Taste (if desired) |
Directions
1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Trim fat on beef steaks to 1/4-inch thickness. Rub garlic on beef. Press peppercorns into beef. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients except salt and pepper; set aside.
2. Cover and grill beef 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 10 to 14 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with butter mixture.
