Grilled Or Broiled Steak Recipe
Over the years I have mastered the art of making grilled or broiled steak which I was taught by my family elders. This grilled or broiled steak when served as a main dish will bring happiness in your dining room. It is always prepared with a focus on beef. My family loves grilled or broiled steak. So will yours!
Ingredients
4 filet mignons, pork chops, veal chops, lamb chops, or 1 sirloin, T-bone, porterhouse, or rib steak (all about 1 1/2-2 inches thick and totaling about 2 pounds)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
OPTIONAL INGREDIENT
Dried oregano or herb of choice
Directions
1. Preheat broiler, prepare grill, or gather round the camp fire.
2. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place the meat about 3-4 inches from the heat source and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
