Grilled Mushrooms With Escargots Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 large fresh mushroom caps | ||
| 1/2 cup olive oil or salad oil | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 12 large escargots | ||
Directions
Wash mushroom caps and drain well.
Pour oil in baking pan and heat in 450 degree oven.
Add mushrooms and stir well.
Sprinkle with salt.
Return pan to oven and cook 5 minutes.
Drain escargots.
Put one escar-got inside each cap and top with sauce.
Put in oven for 5 minutes more or until butter begins to boil.
Serves 6.
