Grilled Mushroom Caps Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound medium-sized mushrooms | ||
| Garlic | 2 4 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Butter | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 1/2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Breadcrumbs | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Bacon Slices | 4 , trimmed | |
Directions
Wipe mushrooms and carefully remove the stems.
Chop the stems finely and mix them with the crushed garlic.
Mash the butter with a fork and mix in the cheese, breadcrumbs and mushroom stalks.
Frv or broil the bacon until crisp, drain on kitchen paper and add to the cheese mixture.
Fill the mushrooms caps with the mixture and place under a hot broiler to brown quickly.
