Ingredients

 Brown sugar250 Milliliter
 Chili Sauce125 Milliliter
 Safflower oil125 Milliliter
 Vinegar60 Milliliter
 Lemon juice60 Milliliter
 Dijon Mustard5 Milliliter
 5 ml onion juice
 Tabasco sauce1 Milliliter
 Worcestershire sauce5 Milliliter
 1 ml each of garlic powder, paprika, chili powder
 2 kg moose steaks, 1/2" thick
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Place all the ingredients except the moose steak in a blender and mix well.
In a large shallow pan layer the meat and sauce, marinate covered and refrigerated for 24 hours.
Grill on a charbroiler over medium coals for 20 minutes (10 per side) or to desired doneness.
Brush several times with the marinade during grilling, serve at once.
