Grilled Marinated Red Snapper Recipe
Ingredients
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Fennel seed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Teriyaki sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 4 medium red snapper filets | ||
| Juice of 2 limes | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Grind pepper, salt, paprika and fennel seed in mortar. Add teriyaki sauce, oil and lime juice; mix well.
Place fish in large dish and cover with marinade. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to broil.
Remove filets from marinade and arrange, skin-side down, in roasting pan. Place in oven, 6 in (15 cm) from broiler element, and broil 8 minutes. Baste with marinade once during cooking and do not turn fish over.
Serve with sauteed mushrooms.
