Grilled Marinated Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean center loin pork chops (3/4-inch thick) -- 4 (6-ounce) | ||
| Unsweetened pineapple juice - 1 (6-ounce) can | ||
| Reduced-sodium soy sauce - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| Fresh parsley sprigs | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Remove excess for from chops; place chops in a shallow baking dish.
2) Coat the grill with cooking spray.
MAKING
3) Combine juice, soy sauce, and garlic, stirring well; pour over chops.
4) Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
5) Remove chops from marinade, reserving marinade.
6) Arrange chops on the grill.
7) Grill 5 to 6 inches over medium coals 15 minutes or until chops are tender, turning and basting frequently with marinade.
SERVING
8) Transfer the grlilled chops to a platter, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
