Grilled Marinated Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 lamb chops, cut 1 1/4 inches thick | ||
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Toss lamb chops with 3 tablespoons olive oil, thyme, garlic and salt & pepper.
Let marinate for 2-4 hours.
Spread in single layer on sheet tray; roast at 400F until dark golden brown and tender.
Remove and cool to room temperature.
